These terms govern your use of FocusGarden. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The service
FocusGarden is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Please use FocusGarden for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use it to break the law.
Pro subscriptions & billing
FocusGarden offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
The FocusGarden name, design, and code are owned by us. Your focus data is yours. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Disclaimer & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusGarden is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data. Since the app is local-first, we strongly recommend signing in to sync if your garden matters to you.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@focusgarden.app.
